Homestead will no longer issue flu shot vouchers. Vaccinations are considered preventative care and therefore covered at 100%.For example, you can receive a flu shot at your Primary care Physician or a CVS MinuteClinic (clinic side only). You can contact the Homestead Provider Relations team at 855-897-4816 or customerservice@homesteadplans.com for assistance finding a location to get vaccinations.
